Founder Suzanne graduated with honours from London College of Fashion with a degree in Fashion Design and Technology. She has worked for various brand names, accumulating many treasured industry contacts along the way. Currently residing in Hong Kong, Suzanne creates garments inspired by her travels and her love for the vibrant city she now calls home. Conscious of the fashion industry’s negative impact on the environment, her designs are made with sustainability and environmental awareness in mind, a factor she attributes to her everyday life.

Suzanne is also available for collaboration on new projects. Her international experience with some of the most environmentally and ethically focused vendors, coupled with her vast database of suppliers, allows her to help customers make positive changes in their supply base. She has affiliations with key NGOs, maintains updated certifications, and keeps abreast of global sustainability requirements, making her a relevant and current industry player.

C O N S C I O U S C O L L E C T I O N

As a Designer and Developer who has travelled extensively for work and pleasure, I have a deep appreciation for nature and local craftsmanship. Having visited small, local mills manned by skilled workers who hand make woven cotton fabrics on traditional weaving machines, I watched as they dyed the yarns with dyes made from plants and other natural sources. I’ve always believed that clothing can give you the power and magic to communicate your true spirit. In an attempt to keep that magic alive, I designed prints based on my own stories, my love of symbolism and understanding of colour theory, to create easy-to-wear, modern garments which transcend trend.

The Conscious Collection merges digital prints created using non-toxic dyes and sustainable materials with easy-to-wear, current silhouettes. Our garments quietly empower the wearer and give them the spirit to feel a connection back to nature’s plan. These garments have been cut to focus on our bodies’ energy flow. Colours are balanced; dark and light shades represent both energies. Beauty is about contrast and balance.

Materials and trims have been sourced internationally. We used sustainable mother-of-pearl buttons from Italy, handwoven cotton from Bali, dyed using local Balinese plants, and organic cottons from India. Lenzing modal sateen from India, this fabric is derived from sustainable wood sources, which are manufactured into material through an environmentally friendly process. Modal fibres are certified compostable and biodegradable, leaving no toxic residue.

Our fabrics come directly from nature, and are all biodegradable without depositing any harmful residue.
